No hate to the waitress tonight, but she ran my gift card and took none of the money off of it. My debit card had the full... amount charged and I was confused cause she ran it also on a different receipt when handed to me. Don't come here if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Every time we asked about something the automatic response was "I... can't answer that you have to read the allergen menu as we can be held liable if we say it does have it answer it does." While Iadmit that the online was detailed, it was a bit insulting to be repeatedly told that "I have to read the menu". The food andservice was fine and fast, but the experience was tainted after the second and third time she said that. If I wasn't there, mymom might not have been able to navigate the menu. I'm aware that this is probably a corporate decision, but the lack ofcustomer service can't be overlooked. I have a hard enough time checking ingredient lists at a grocery store, why would I go toa place that won't even meet me halfway? Read more

I had the chicken tortilla soup and a salad with grilled chicken. I did not care for the chicken tortilla soup or the salad. The... other people I was with they had the special the grilled chicken with the shrimp the baked potato and a side salad. They lovedtheir meal and were very satisfied. I had a taste for soup and salad it just missed the mark for me. I was disappointed that ourwaitress did not introduce herself. The specials they have are a wonderful price and taste wonderful. First of all.. Applebees is my go-to restaurant! They have so many different options to choose from for all different types of... taste buds! The appetizers, dinners, and even deserts! Also, you cannot go wrong with getting one of their $1 or $5 drinks theyhave! Since Covid the menu has definitely been taken down a notch but I still go here because I love to see this business striveand they still have amazing food options to choose from! Read more
Always had great service here at Applebees. Food is always spot on as well! My usual go to is the chicken quesadilla, it is very... nice and filling and doesn?t have all of the fast food grease on it. Recently (pictured) I ordered their sizzling skillet theycame out with, the chicken and shrimp (if I remember correctly the exact name), and that shrimp was over the top. By far thebest shrimp I?ve ever had! Can?t wait to order that again. Also if you are in a hurry get online or the app and order carside togo, I always have my food in 20 minutes ready to go! Read more
