Additional Information
The mussels in wine and garlic were delicious. The lobster stew, containing an entire crustacean, was the best of the trip.... Based on our meal, we rate this place highly. Worth a stop. Read more
Left one star since that is as low as you can go. Overpriced for fish tacos that had no flavor and overdone french fries.... Waitress was snooty at best. Understand that they need to make their money in a short season, but then serve good food and be alittle pleasant. I asked for sweetener for my iced tea and got one packet. Once we got food, we never saw her again until Ishowed my CC so that we could get the bill. Won't go back. Read more
(All my reviews are over all) Great view and all, but for $56 for 2 people, let me explain. (Short story). Ice was dirty, AC... unit was spitting water at people and the food looked good but... (Long story)We got there just as it was opening up. We gotseated outside. The only door to get you outside had an AC unit next to it that had water spitting out at anyone who walked inor out. That was pretty gross since some of the water got near my mouth. Sitting outside was very lovely. Then we got some waterwith ice. The water tasted like slim. So I got a Sprite with ice. That too had a slimmy taste. So I got one more drink withoutice and poof. Slim was gone. With my many years in the food industry that told me, they were not cleaning where they kept theice. I'm pretty sure I actually saw someone go outside, under the restaurant (which is a house) and use some kind of tool tobreak up the ice. Keep in mind we got charged for each drink which was around $4. Next the food. I got the lobster. Tiny littleguy. But the French fries were amazing. My company got the burger. He said it tasted good and fries were great as well, until hehad a stomach ache the rest of the day. After we got our food we never saw the waitress again. She went to the other tables manytime but not us. Mind you there was only 2 other tables occupied in our area. When we were done we waited for maybe another 30min before getting fed up and going back past the spitting AC to ask for our check. Like I said, view is great, but not foralmost $60 bucks. Read more

Stopped in after leaving Schoodic. It wasn't hard to please us as we were hungry and needed a break from lobster. The views and... service were great! The food was just ok. Not the best poutine or Philly steak but I wouldn't call it bad. Service was fast andcourteous but we were sat and ordered before it got busy. It appears that later in the season, they cut back on the staff. Atone point we saw our lone server seating people while serving drinks and food to 9 tables of 2-4 patrons each. Could tell theirwait times were a bit longer than ours but she was putting in a great effort. Would recommend stopping earlier in the seasonwhen there's a full staff or relatively early in the day before the crowds start leaving the park. Read more
