First time visitors and we had a fair experience. It's very much a self-serve/ bar service kind of place with no wait staff,... instead written directions for how to order (take a menu, order at the bar). The Green Man (their house beer) was excellent andthey carry a variety of delightful Treleaven wines from nearby Cayuga lake. The menu options are appealing to a variety oftastes, so we were excited to give it a try! The food was fine as presented, but definitley not the center piece of the WSBCexperience. The poutine is fine, the gravy is a little thin, and the cheese curd wasn't at all melty. My Signature burger cameas ordered, and it was fine but underwhelming- the brioche bun was soggy and lost its structure quickly, the flavor was fine buta little lacking. The waffle fries were great- crispy, well structured, perfectly salted. My husband got The Plate, whichconsists of a pile of waffle fries, a burger patty, and a heavy layering of various sauces. He was happy to scarf it downalongside his beer, but it wasn't a showstopper by any means. We'll definitely come back to sample some other menu items to seeif that changes our opinion, otherwise we'll mostly rely on WSBC as a spot to get giant cans of Green Man beer and Treleavenwine Read more
The NE IPA has a bit of a bite and it's delicious. Smash burger was served on scrumptious pretzel bun. Very nice service.
Loved the Golden Goat IPA! Fruity and just delightful! Burger was fantastic. All our children gobbled it up. Had to order... another one. The tots were yum! The staff is super nice and accommodating. They have lots of games to choose from! Come on by!You won't regret it. Read more
Friendly staff, great beers and food. Pleasantly surprised! Wings were good, but don't get the Honey Garlic unless you want to... wreak of garlic. Turkey sub was awesome and the fries were very good. Read more
Really enjoyed lunch here. Nice atmosphere. You order and pick up at the bar. I enjoyed the wife selection of beers for my beer... flight. I had the Some Like It Hot burger which is cooked to order which I like. It had honey sirach on it with fresh jalapenoslices. Yum ... One of my companions had the fish and chips which they said was cooked perfectly and the other had chicken andwaffles. One of the chicken pieces was a tad overcooked. Very cool microbrewery in downtown Binghamton. Good beer, good service and a nice variety of food. The burgers were delicious.... 1/2 price on Wednesday?s! The vibe is dark and mellow and the bar tenders are very attentive. This is a great local wateringhole or a place you can drop by when downtown for fresh beer and tasty bar food. Cheers. Read more
