Manager was very rude after I made a complaint about being charged for food I didn?t order, then gave me the wrong order, when I... mentioned it was wrong order the store manager flipped out and said He is not scared of me and after 20 min of him beingconfused wanted to refund my order. He didn?t and I never got my food. I reached out to corporate several times and a week laterI still have yet to receive a response despite their voice message stating they return calls after 24 hours. I left work to get this for my student who did great on a test. Went to drive through, asked for it was told "Um you're gonna... have to order something else cause that deal is expired." I tried to explain that it's in the window, he said "it doesn't matterit's Expired( in a drawn out patronizing way). I tried to explain that I left work for this. I would have given more stars but the parking lot is disgusting. Wet napkins all over and the cigarette butts all over.... Absolutely disgusting. It was raining and the floor was wet with no signs up and the spots that weren't wet were still superslippery. There were at least three tables that had not been wiped clean and there was soda and food spilled on them. Notimpressed with this McDonald's. That makes 2 in the area. Read more
I went to this McDonald?s Sunday night (8/28/22) between 10pm-11pm and the manager that night was beyond amazing even through he... was by himself, he still took my order, made the food and was very polite and honestly that manager deserve?s a raise and I wishI got his name or atleast remembered it if he did say his name. 110% amazing went above and beyond.
