The drive thru was very slow but they were extremely busy so it was understandable. I asked for a decafe specialty drink and by... the time I drank a quarter of it I had to dump it out as it was not decafe and I couldn't drink it. But again they were busy.Lesson learned. Will not order any type of coffee drink to be safe next time my fault not theirs. I just like the flavor andcan't have reg coffee only decafe. Did notice donut size is smaller as well. Very friendly. I got a medium iced coffee with pumpkin swirl cream liquid sugar and my coffee was so burnt it had a orangeish tint and it had a... very strong disgusting taste to it. worst dunkin i?ve ever been too, i?ve had multiple problems with them from just being utterly rude to them leaving the cheese... wrapper in my sandwich which i was the only person in the drive through so there was no need for mistakes like that i don?t knowwho is in charge of the employee but gosh something needs to happen there terrible Read more
EVERY time I go to this Dunkin, their drive through is backed up, and their online orders are backed up and missing things,... which makes the workers frustrated, the food and drinks half-bad, the customers even grumpier, and it is an overall terribleexperience.
