Literally the worse customer service of all time the 2 girls were so rude and ratchet like if you hate your life don?t bring it... onto me so me and my cousin?s boyfriend went to get some coffe and some donuts in drive thru as soon as we got there we weregetting attitude by the lady in drive thru my cousin boyfriend said ?can we get 30 seconds? because I was telling him what Iwanted and she was getting annoyed telling us to hurry up and they messed up our order scammed us for our money I cussed themout in drive thru because of the disrespect we were giving from the two girls last night they said we needed to go back in theline after they messed up our order and literally on the receipt we paid for it too at first they didn?t even give us ourreceipt no she was trying to explain to us our life story for no reason we just wanted our food and go home we understand it?sfast food but don?t bring your anger on to us smh never going here ever again Read more

This week 10/31 to 11/04 has been so slow at this Drive thru. I don't know what happened or changed but it?s much slower than... usual. I clocked It yesterday and it took 35 minutes to get coffee (arrived 7:15 and got coffee at 7:47). I saw 3 cars pull outof the drive thru line bc it was taking too long. Every day this week has been the same. Who has 30 minutes for DD drive thru!?I can?t come here anymore because it takes too long. Read more

Do not order take out through the app. It?s slow AF. It took a half hour this get a coffee with cream and sugar. They have no... ability to triage. They forget about the people waiting for take out and focus on drive through and walk-ins. I watched 3 fullcirculations of the drive through before I got my coffee. I asked the girl when I would Get my coffee and she said ?everyone?sbeen waiting 20 minutes,? which was not true. It was so condescending and rude! Anyway I was late to work. Ultimately thisreflects on the management. Likely very poor managers at this place. They need to get it together and at least teach their staffto say ?hey everyone sorry everything?s behind, we?re getting to it? or SOMETHING instead of mindlessly looking at us waitingfor a half hour. Coffee is always on point. Spot can get extremely busy and overwhelm staff at times, yet this always remain polite and... courteous. Pumpkin cream cold brew ( I like mine with cream and sugar) is super delicious. Read more

Waited 10 minutes for a medium coffee this morning, then a "regular" customer comes in and gets the same size coffee... immediately. When brought to the managers attention she did not care and kept telling me it was because this other customer wasa regular haha, what a joke.. yeah she might be a regular, but I have a schedule to keep. Maybe this place needs managementtraining on customer service? Read more

So much better than the vestal ave dunks. They pretty much always get my coffee right and if they don?t they fix it without... hesitation. At vestal the lady flat out refused to remake my iced coffee. Also has some cool stickers at the drive throughwindow Read more
