Was in today to pick up my mobile order. Manager was screaming ? you?re demoted? at one of her shift leaders who was desperately... trying to explain a situation to her. Extremely unprofessional. I feel bad for anyone who has to work for her. They also gotboth my drink and my food order wrong but I was so uncomfortable I decided not to ask for it to be corrected. I just wanted toleave . I ordered a cold brew. A very sweet woman who was in training asked a guy named Dom, who may or may not have been a manager,... for help. He was very condescending and said to her ?how am I supposed to know if it?s hot or iced?? I said its cold brew.Creepy vibes. They also got my order wrong but I didn?t wanna be in there any longer than I had to. Read more
This place is unreliable. We?ve stopped here twice on road trips and both times they failed. One time they weren?t even open... (despite numerous 24 hours signs) and the second time they weren?t serving any food (the sole reason we stopped and again theyadvertise 24 hrs service). Do yourself a favor and drive right past this place. There are better options in Binghamton. Read more
We went there today and got hot food, a half dozen of donuts, and drinks. They gave us our food and drinks, and forgot the... donuts. We were in the drive thru, just sitting there, for almost half an hour waiting for our donuts and the drive thru girlnever came over and asked us if we needed anything. She was standing there, by the window, talking about how SpongeBob was theperfect man and how she was a good driver, instead of attending to her customer. I worked at Dunkin?, and I never left acustomer for that long without asking if we had forgotten anything or needs help. By the time we drove around to the front so Icould run in and grab my donuts, the line was around the building. On top of that, they never toasted the sourdough bread on myhusband?s sandwich, threw my kids? wake-up wraps in the bag and we had to peel them out of the bag, and they forgot my cheese onmy sandwich, never going there again!!!! Closest Dunkin to my house...keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but service is soooooo slow and order is usually not... right. Some workers try....but most don't care. I mobile order at least 15-20 minutes before arrival and still have to wait atleast 10-20 minutes more. Manager doesn't care and hides in office instead of helping drowning employees. Sundays are awful....usually have only 1 employee taking care of the whole place. I know people don't want to work and it's hard to getemployees....I don't mind waiting a little extra....but at least make my order right!! I have started going to another storethat is a total of 6 miles out of my way. Picture is of 2 Extra Large coffees....missing a few ounces!!! Read more
This Dunkin is very poorly managed. If the drive thru isn?t broken, something inside is broken. I use to regular this place... often but when I have to get out of my vehicle and walk in just to be told they can?t do any hot drinks either, I was done. IfI was the owner or management for this place I?d be embarrassed. Read more
