Stood at the counter for a couple minutes while they messed around behind the counter, not really doing anything. Finally... someone came over and asked if I was ready. Said I'd been ready all the while. I can see why they dropped Donuts from theirname. They now carry maybe a third to half their selection they used to. Asked if they had dropped French Creullers and weretold their district doesn't carry them, so I left. Can't really see any reason to go back. Krispy Kreme please come toBinghamton. Read more
My favorite part about this dunkin is good old pat outside waving to everyone. Except today my family pulls up to see her being... harassed by the cops for supposedly knocking on people's windows asking for money. We go to this dunkin daily just to wave topat!!! NEVER once have we witnessed her knock on a window. She isn't allowed inside dunkin which is sad to begin with so leaveher be! On that note pat I hope you loved your large blueberry hot coffee with extra cream no sugar???? and your little extragift:) keep waving and dunkin leave her ALONE! Read more
Near my house. Very busy, sometimes they make me wait like 30? for my food but I can understand. I got a matcha latte today,... didn't smell matcha at all, it was just like very sweet and fatty milk. I think it depends on who makes my drink because it usedto be very good. Also, they changed the rewards on the mobile app, I am very sad about that, feel like the new reward doesn'tworth anything. Gave me incorrect and not very good sandwiches instead of what I ordered, and can't go back to exchange them. Coffee is scalding... hot so I might be able to try it in an hour or so. Yayyyyy Read more

I only ever really stop at opening time on Fridays, & I always feel horrible because it?s basically as soon as they open, and... I?ve worked enough food-related jobs to know you?re usually not the most favorited customer of the day when you show up ATopening. But I wanted to review just because I WISH Dunkin had online tipping. Like I said, I?ve worked a ton of food relatedjobs- I can?t help but tip for services. However I don?t carry cash & I always use the app :( One day I?ll have cash on me butalso maybe one day Dunkin will add the option to the app! Who knows. I know *a* tip is better than nothing but I feel oddleaving $2-$3, no matter what they make per hour. Anyway thanks for showing up to work before the suns up guys! Us 3rd shiftersappreciate you.
