If I could give 0 stars, I would. Me and my friends first walked into this establishment and the man does not take our order for... 20 minutes until we call his attention, which by then we decided to take an Uber home. We then ordered on grub hub, and our foodwas only made by the time it was meant to arrive to our home. This worker was taking his sweet time with no consideration aboutthe customers or the driver that was picking up our food (which said was waiting there for 30 minutes when we calledhim).Overall I?m disappointed by this experience and hope they improve their customer service. This is a late night convenience joint for the drunk and hungry crowd, but I put them to the test right after they opened - and... they executed flawlessly. place was clean, good music to vibe up the place, and my order was up in about 7 minutes. I got somecheese bread sticks to go. They were awesome, and I especially liked how they packaged everything with utensils, napkins, 2different dipping sauces, and a box in a bag. We spent 20$ last night. We were thd only two customers in the place and there were 3 employees. Our wings and pepperoni roll... thing took 40 minutes. And it was in the oven the entire time. Burnt to a crisp. If it weren't for the sarcastic kid with hisattitude like it was a joke to serve us that, I be wouldn't be contacting the board of health. I don't know why they thought itwas so funny to them. We got the joke when we walked all the way home. A waste of $20 and a waste of 40 min and a waste of atrip. This poor girl was left by herself on a Saturday shift at 12:30 am. The guy took our order and then completely left her in the... dust with all of the other in person/online orders.
