Working at the front desk, and a patient wanted to order pizza for fun. I called pizza hut in Binbrook and got delivery pizza... for person living in long term care home in town. When they arrive at this buisness, it was 30 bucks for a medium pizza.Delivery guy was told we are paying cash. Shows up and client in wheelchair gives delivery guy 2 20 dollar bills to pay for the30 dollar medium pizza. The driver stated he had no change. Well that started an issue. He said he would look in his car forsome change. He said all he has is 4 dollars in his car. He wanted a 10 dollar tip and then tried for a 6 dollar tip. Wescrambled and found 2 five dollar bills and was able to pay the 30 dollars. When the reciept was diseceted he was charged a 5dollar delivery fee and we werent once told about it. The reciept shows that he was charged for every topping even the sauce. Heordered the half half deal with veggie with extra peppers and on one side and Hawaïen on the other. Their website stated thispizza starts at $13.99. This pizza hut has made me never want to order pizza hut ever again. This poor vulnerable man beingtaken advantage of makes me sick. I sent an email to the entire company I work for recommending we never do business with pizzahut again. Please remember to protect your vulnerable when they order from pizza hut! Read more
The price given on the phone was $71, and we said pay by card. Delivery driver showed up and had forgotten the card machine.... Demanded cash, said bill was $88 instead of $71. I asked for paper copy of bill and it was $78 including a $4.50 deliverycharge. Asked about difference and was told it was because of the distance from store. New delivery charge was $14.50. Drivercalled store and store employee told me not to order there again, if it was too much delivery. I agreed lost a regular customer. Read more
Saturday night we ordered pizza and wings the bill was around $ 50.00. It was a waste of money. It was the worst pizza and wings... we have ever had. The ingredients and the preparation combined left us feeling something needs to drastically change. Maybe itwas the end of their shift being it was around 9:30 pm however that is still not an excuse. I'm really not happy with this place at all. Terrible customer service. They charged me for a pizza and when I came to pick it... up they were arguing with me that I had to pay again. It got to the point where I had to show them my bank statements showingthat I paid and they still argued with me. Almost didn't give me a pizza that I paid for. Read more
