To be very honest, and Im addressing the owner first. This area is growing. Businesses are opening, houses are being built and... people from all over the gta are moving here. You need to get with the program and adjust to the new area. Nothing has changed,your being cheap and not hiring workers, and all your employees have an attitude. This is the worst branch ive been to. So manyproblems i cant even count. And to the public, don?t go here, they are rude, slow, dirty, and have no respect for your money. Ifthe owner replies to this and finally admits to his broken system, and I see change myself, maybe then i will change thisreview. Read more
The rudest service people I've ever met in my life! I know they work late, the girl looked so miserable and not even a "hello... welcome to A&W" or a hi can I get your order? I was the only car in drive-thru, waited about 4 minutes to have my order taken. Got to the window, paid & was given my root... beer and was then asked to park by the front door and they'll bring my order (beyond meat burger) "right out". After 15 minutesof waiting I had to go into the restaurant and asked as to the status of my order. THEY NEVER MADE IT. I waited another 5minutes standing at the counter for my order. All in all, 20 minutes of waiting to receive my food. They were apologetic aboutforgetting about me, but this still doesn't make up for the fact that I spent 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting for myfood. Read more
Not the cleanest location. Ketchup dispenser was empty and told the staff member when I asked for ketchup packets. Nobody... bothered to refill it during the 20 minutes we were there. No other customers and no drive through customers either. Won't becoming back to this location ever. Read more
We made an order of 2 veggie burger combos through the drive through. We waited for over 30 minutes in the car, on the curbside.... Someone ended up bringing our food and apologized for the delay. To our surprise, we found out that we didn't get our drinksafter we took off. You should have more employees to cater a faster service and ensure organization! Read more
I ordered through door dash, the order took long to arrive. When I opened the bag, one of the sandwiches had a hair in it... I... called them and the lady said "it's not possible, sir"... Excuse me?!?! Not even a "sorry"?! So rude. They asked me to contactdoor dash, I did and got full refund. Will never order from this branch again. Read more
