Don't' even think about dining at this Wendys location. The crew don't even asked if they can take your order. When I can in... they were about 5 employees getting off work and they were getting their FREE food ahead of everyone else. I waited 30 min andnever got my food. I talked with the manager and he said they were NO such thing of fast food anymore. The floor looked likeit had never been mopped. The restroom was very nasty and the health department were shut them down for it. All I seem was abunch of crew employees on the phone and playing. Not working. Read more
I waited 17 minutes in the drive thru order line before I drove away. When I pulled up 6 cars were ahead of me waiting to... order. When I drove away 4 cars were ahead of me waiting to order. If I had stayed it would have taken over 50 minutes toplace my order. At 8.5 minutes per car order multipled by 6 creates a 51 minute wait to take my order. (8.5 x 6 = 51). VERYpoor operations management, poorly trained. This must be the slowest Wendy's in the continential United States. Read more
I placed my order on the app and my delivery time kept changing so I tried to cancel my order. I called the restaurant multiple... times and they didn?t answer. I called my delivery driver and she said she didn?t even know she accepted an order. She said shewas going to pass the order to someone else and then my order was cancelled. Cool, I didn?t want cold food anyway. Don?t deliverthrough the app because the app has no way to fix problems, and don?t try and call because they won?t answer. Just go to adifferent Wendy?s. Worst Wendy's on the gulf coast. Wait 15 min for two combos. I live fairly close so there is no reason that my frosty is half... melted, my tea and my girlfriend's tea were sour, and our food is cold. While the employees just talk with each other . I stopped going to this Wendy?s because it takes too long at the drive thru. I watched and waited as the next in line gets to... the mike and waits 10 minutes before someone takes their order. Every car took that long. I finally got to only three cars aheadof me and I couldn?t take it anymore. I waited 30 minutes in that line with only 6 cars ahead of me to start. Burger meat was old, cold and dry. A frail and wilted piece of??? I think it was lettuce at one time but I'm not sure. Tomato... should have been thrown out a few days ago, it was slimy old and nasty. The bun wasn't toasted like it should have been. And thefries always taste like old and brown oil that should have been replaced weeks ago. I did ask TWICE for fresh hot friesPLEASE! They were disgusting!!!!
