I come to this taco bell all the time I used to work there and I'm very disappointed in the staff they had tonight I had the... simplest order a cheese quesadilla with no sauce a large Baja blast freeze and some mild sauce. Service was awful. Guy made eye contact with me and proceeded to ignore me. I wanted a Crunchwrap with some additives and some... things taken off and they also ignored that and just made a regular one. Super awful. I will drive further for a better TacoBell if I were you. Read more
Wrong item?s in order through drive thru. The manager (GUS) lied and said there were no Mexican pizza shells to make pizzas.... Another worker whispered to me that he was sorry that it was a lie and management didn?t want to fix them because of hassle.(GUS) overheard said a miracle occurred there were shells. I explained before order that my order has been wrong last coupletimes, didn?t matter order was wrong anyway. Everything was wrapped 6 times in tortilla, tons of rice, no meat or cheese hardlyon anything. Don?t worry (GUS) I will definitely be contacting GENERAL MANAGER and corporate because you intentionally lied,played with my food after I offered to pay extra as long as order would be correct. Drive through only accepts door dash and online orders. The customer service is the WORST that I have seen in years! The... workers gets mad when you ask them to correct your beverages or your food! I was completely disgusted with the quality. I paid extra for steak on my Grilled Stuffed Burrito. I got the same amount. My... wife?s Dorito Loco Taco was horrible. The sauce I wanted with my burrito was barely anything there. Also there wasn?t even thenacho cheese for the fries. The Crunch taco wasn?t crunchy one bit. I won?t ever come back. This location gets one star because they lock their doors before the sun does down. And they don?t even let you pick up food... from the lobby door everything is done with there drive through! Save your time and don?t eat at this one! On a good day drivethrough is a 20 minute wait! Really incompetent people! God help the ones who eat here.
