Upon arrival the wait to be seated was very long. We (2 of us) were the only people in line. We eventually got tired of standing... at the hostess stand and sat down waiting to be seated. Shortly after we sat down a taller gentleman who may have seemed to be amanager came from the kitchen and said he would be with us in just a minute. He then proceeded to go over to the bar top areawhere he spent about 10 minutes at the POS system. The restaurant only had two servers working that night it seemed. Whilewaiting to be seated the two of them made eye contact with us several times and completely ignored us. Our waiter, Tyler, evencame to the hostess stand at one point to grab a phone off the charger. The other waitress eventually came to seat us in Tyler?ssection. Once we were seated our server, Tyler was great and presented positive energy?even with it being 12 a.m. The food wasedible and the price not so bad. Despite the summer crowds, we had a great time here. It was very busy, but our server Courtney did an excellent job keeping our... drinks refilled while we waited on our entrees. There was also a female manager who walked with a cane and she was veryapologetic about the longer than normal wait times. She visited us twice to make sure we were comfortable and had everything weneeded. Thanks to her and Courtney it made for an unforgettable meal! Read more

We came eat breakfast here while staying in the hard rock casino and everyone was so nice! Service was amazing our waitress... Paige so nice and always around! The manager Mrs. Desiree also super sweet even booked us reservations for the morning!Breakfast was amazing and perfect portions and the iced coffee was better than any I had tasted!! Hype?. Yes, people told us about this place. So early Sunday morning we stopped by. Tried a breakfast for two and wasn?t... disappointed. Rainbow pancakes for two: 10 colored pancakes with various toppings, um yes. Even with the sugar treated toppingsthe platter wasn?t overly sweet. It was?.. fulfilling and satisfying for pancakes. We will not be back. We have been twice in the last year and both time we had the same server and he was insanely rude and had a... attitude every time. Both times it took him over 30 minutes to even get our drink order and then 10 minutes to bring out watersand another 20 minutes for hot chocolates. I asked for a new server this time after dealing with him and she was nice but hardlysaid 10 words to us. To top that off when I received my food I had hair in my sandwich. First impression was a bad smell which I still can?t figure out but nevertheless the place was pretty empty. I guess for... lunchtime on a Monday in January that would be expected. I was really looking to rate 3 stars because of all this and the foodtook an hour to come out with an empty restaurant. I?m the end the food actually stole the show. We ordered a large cocktailbowl which was good and some other martinis later. We started with Mac and cheese pops and they were perfectly crispy on theoutside and warm cheesy on the inside. Great dish with some red sauce underneath the presentation. We then ordered chicken andwaffles and the South Beach Flair Burger. Which was 8 oz Black Angus beef, topped with pepperjack cheese, grilled shrimp, bacon,plantains, lettuce, sliced tomato, crispy onions, chipotle mayonaise, and chimichurri sauce and served on a toasted brioche bun.Burger I ordered with no plantains or tomato. Perfectly cooked burger medium and I was impressed overall. The chicken for thewaffles we ordered tenders versus the bone in option but they still came out with the normal bone in. Here for the drinks! Sugar Factory is known for their over the top, show stopper drinks and they do not disappoint. The enormous... drink menu alone may take you a while to read through each expertly crafted, celebrity influenced cocktail - so maybe scout thisout before you arrive to reduce some of the decision making. If you?re not dining-in for food, take a seat at the bar and diveright into the drinks! Choose your favorite flavors or try something new you?ve never had - you might be surprised!
