Awful store. Don?t abide by published hours of operation. Don?t honor coupons. Terrible excuse for a franchised Subway store.

I'm a walmart employee and usually buy something everytime I go in just so I can sit on my break and this 1 time I didn't and... the OWNER was there and he literally CUSSED at me. I completely get if he'd have only asked me to leave to make rook for payingcustomers but no. He literally CUSSED at me like for no reason. I wasn't making a ruckus or anything I was just sitting on myphone and I've also never interacted with his man before and his first few words to me where rude and disrespectful. I love mostof the employees and they deserve better. If they are rude it's probably bc that's how the OWNER is too. Read more

Bad customer service, hatred and lacking respect. They allow nasty significant others in back inside of the service where food... is being prepared. Not a place I suggest people to eat i see this. Read more

While I was ordering my food, a deaf Walmart worker used a pen and paper to write on, the Subway worker with a flowered mask... handled the pen and paper with her gloves on. She didn?t change the gloves and then proceeded to touch the meat and vegetableswithout changing them. She then goes to the register and takes a payment. She still doesn?t change her gloves and then helps theperson behind me. I confront the worker, and she makes excuses as to why she doesn?t change her gloves. I won?t be eating thereagain. Read more

Who the employee working dec 12 at or around 9AM was absolutely so rude. After I waited for her to finish her conversation I... proceeded to tell her I wanted the breakfast combo. She then shakes her head and throws her hands up and responds with WHAT DOYOU WANT. As if she had just stood there waiting on me! I?ll never go back. I politely told her I changed my mind and walkedout. I highly recommend reprimanding this employee. This is not how you treat your guests. This will only happen again.Terrible. Read more

Rudest woman I have ever dealt with at a subway. Took her forever to get to us when they had no customers. Had a terrible... attitude about some garlic butter spread. Completely refused to put it on a sandwich. Will never use this location again, andhope that woman gets an attitude check. Read more

Absolutely horrible. Sat in the dinning room for ten minutes before I hollered into the back of the store, where whomever was to... make an attempt to get someones attention considering it was almost 10 and I wanted to order before it closed .I got there at9:35 pm and when I finally said something it was 9:45 which was when she told me that the store was closed .The woman thatYELLED at me and gave me an incredibly rude attitude never even had the audacity to peek her head around the corner. Subway has been advertising of app order recently and wanted to give it a try on a tiringday, so downloaded the app and made an order for a veggie patty and veggie delight sub. Being on a vacation wanted to pick itup for a late dinner, so ordered it at 9:50 PM, not knowing this can turn into a nightmare. We all were really hungry andreached the subway at 10:20 to pick up to find what was really shocking, when I asked and mentioned mobile order the lady saidshe don't know what's that and how to get it, I said I already paid of the same and showed the online receipt, she was allconfused and tried reaching out to the manager who already left for the day and the owner but no one picked the call, just toadd the store closing time mentioned online was 11 PM. Finally after some discussion she agreed to serve me looking at ourhungry and frustrated faces, so I mentioned my order to her to find another shock they don't server veggie patty at all, sincewe all were hungry I asked for 2 veggie delights, already paid more online didn't had any option at 11 PM at night. But thisdoesn't end here I asked my sub to be toasted for which I got an answer that she had already switched off the Owen n can'tswitch it on back again ... If you don't want to serve the customer properly please change the hours don't misguide thecustomers. Finally after some discussion all in vain I got 2 untoasted veggie delights to fill our stomach. Looking at ourfrustration an dispair the lady offered us couple of complementary cookies. I had worst experience of my life, #subway needs toaddress this.
