I ordered cheddar peppers, but got mozzarella sticks instead. I wouldn't actually mind this mix up, but the mozzarella sticks... were cold inside (like they were in the fridge). Read more

I visited this location because I had a appointment in the area. I was disappointed as made the order prior to arriving via... the app. I input the kiosk I was parked at once I got there. My order showed they were bringing it out after waiting 5 min ormore. But nothing was brought to me. I gave a few more mins still nothing. The kiosk was broken so I wasn't able to talk toanyone on it. Finally a young man came to let me know it was broken. He handled my issues. Once I drove off and started eatingmy fries were cold. That unacceptable the only reason I didn't call about my issue is because im not sure when I'll be back inthe area. The reason for using the app is convenience of shorter wait time, I feel I would have been better off ordering once Igot there. And cold fries was definitely a disappointment. Only time my order is correct and efficient is when Sarah is there! Mallory is pretty good also. But you can throw the rest... away! Every time I go and neither of them are there, my order is wrong, overcharge AND no receipt. This morning, i ordered aburrito with NO MEAT. I reiterated this SEVERAL times. Even asked her to make sure no meat on burrito and add toms. She saidyes, I have it. Since listening comprehension is clearly not a strong point, I didn't correct the fact that she up charged meto a large tot when I didn't ask for that. Get to work, no toms only sausage!!!! I haven't been here in a while. Now Iremember why! Give Sarah a raise, give Mallory her praise and get rid of everyone else-carhop wise. Not sure about kitchen. Smh. Read more

BY FAR the worst place in the area to eat. Order is literally wrong EVERY time i go there. Never fails. I called them after not... getting what i ordered to speak to a manager and the lady says ?sorry we are busy call back later? when i went to pick up theright order i waited almost 30 mins?And my hamburger was also wrong and the manager said ?Since you ate the hamburger alreadythere is nothing we can do?
