I personally like this McDonald's There food is how you ordered. There workers go above and beyond if need be. Wait time ain't... that bad even when it's busy there pretty quick getting you your food and on to the next in line noon is busiest and sunset istoo. Parking is ok little tight they just remodeled building that's nice and very clean. Dine in or takeouts and curbside. Andit's right across from the Hard Rock casino that's a plus. Used to work he 6 years ago. This restaurant is absolutely TERRIBLE NOW. The night shift is the absolute worst. A bunch of kids... running around talking. Drive thru time is well over 15 minutes. And that's if your lucky. Food is always cold. Terribleattitudes. Do not go here . Trust me Read more
i understand it was a busy day but i dont appreciate being undersold what i ordered. my big mac was made with kids meal burger... patties. I originally thought there was no meat till i opened up what looked like a just a "bun" burger at my disappointment. Read more
WORST McDonald?s local that I?ve ever visited. I went to grab some breakfast and they had flies all over the place inside the... restaurant, extremely dirty tables, wet floor, chairs unorganized and dirty, customer service was awful and they took forever togive me my food. This McDonald's by far is the worst I've ever been to the under construction and always running behind granted I can see why... you're running behind but it should not take an hour to get an ice cream and a cookie. But that's not even the worst experienceI've had tonight I ordered my boyfriend and I elite dinner snack whatever you want to call it I'm pregnant I watched six blocksto go get some ice cream that I was craving and cookies and I get there and it's driving only it did not give me that option I'mpregnant I walk a little slow it doesn't give me the option to choose anything yet and it didn't say that the other two optionswere closed the woman at the window continue to grade me and tell me well you're dumb enough to think that it was open andwouldn't answer me the food that I ordered and paid for she was rude and ignorant and sat there and stared at me out the window Read more
Literally the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. The manager is rude and don?t have any customer service skills. The employees... are eating in between fixing food and drinks not even washing their hands nor changing their gloves! I asked for fresh fries,still received cold fries. I gave the manager the fries back and he literally dipped them in hot grease and handed them backlaughing! I asked for a refund for both of my orders and handed him two cards but he still managed to put all the money on onecard. Horrible Service Read more
Planned a ?quick? mobile order for easy pickup. BUT, more than 15 minutes later, I?m still sitting in spot #6 without food. A... short walk to the inside counter and friendly reminder and my food appeared within seconds. Seems the restaurant waits untilthere are 2-4 mobile orders before they bring them out (vs one at a time). This location is generally slower than others, whichI have thought was due to relatively heavier drive-thru traffic. Today was a light , not-so-busy morning. No excuse ms - myfood was cold and it?s not with more than 15 min wait. PS) they added a free hash browns I guess for my inconvenience (it was asurprise). I added back one star for the gesture. Might be the worst consumer service I've seen from McDonald's, and that's saying a lot. If the owner is reading this, please... consider terminating the woman working the front counter on 11/13/22 @ 10am. She did not want to take orders, she rolled hereyes at you if you ask for a napkin, lord help you if you ask for jelly. If looks could kill all the guest that waited FOREVERfor there food would have been dead. However, there is one thing she is excellent at and that's making you feel like you are anuisance from the time you walk in the front door.
