Horrible experiences regardless if busy or not. Tonight and other visits there?s always something wrong and get my order wrong.... Drive thru woman was rushing due to high demand because of Cruisin? The Coast and I asked in the window for a 10 pc McNuggetswas charged for them along with the sauces and didn?t get ?em. I had ordered a McFrappe and wasn?t added to my order so, thatdelayed things even more. Why can?t this franchise implement better training and customer service skills!? I truly have never been to such a friendly and clean McDonald's. These folks honestly are exactly what a restaurant is supposed... to be. A huge shout out to everyone at this McDonald's. Thank you all for making my experience so awesome!! Read more
Food was good. My order was right on point, however I'm trying to pay at the first window which normally that's what you do and... this lady standing there and didn't signal to pay at the second window where you also would get your order. You all get ittogether because that was senseless. Read more
Hey guys please be on the lookout for expired Apples and your kids happy meals my daughter had them Thursday night and woke up 3... in the morning throwing up all night an into the day first I thought it was just a bug but nobody in the house got it and I lookat the rapper the apples and they were expired so I believe she got food poisoning from that! McDonald's #34137 in Biloxi, Mississippi. Ordered three items at 3:26 p.m. on 8/21/22. Waited 25 minutes and still not received... order. I asked for a refund and the supervisor ran a refund but I've still not received it yet. The employees were like zombiesand the customer service was non-existent. I was disgusted with the uncleanness. The workers do not wear gloves. The supervisoron duty was worse than the low end employees in how he didn't seem concerned that I had to wait so long for service. He had thenerve to ask for my phone number so his manager can call and find out why I wanted a refund. I won't be eating McDonald'sanywhere anymore. Doesn't matter how short the line is. This McDonald's is ALWAYS a 15-20 minute wait in the drive-thru no matter what you order.... Also, always will advertise the promotional items on the menu. But never in stock. Which is annoying because you waited 15minutes to find out they don't have spicy nuggets that listed in the menu. The staff for the most part are kids. Not rude. If the ones collecting the money at the first window would pay more attention to their customers instead of their phone, then... maybe the order would be accurate. How hard is it to just cook the order fresh when asked for? From past experiences at otherlocations, seems like they have a problem when you want to PAY for fresh food. Read more
