First off, don?t bother getting anyone on the phone- it?s disconnected. Was already highly annoyed about that because I wanted... to change my bread. Get the sandwich home and it?s a half sandwich and I paid for a full sandwich. Anytime I ask for a pickleit?s hit or miss and today it?s miss. How can you eat a sandwich without the pickle spear???? On top of that, the spicy turkeymelt is nasty. I just had it a week ago and you wouldn?t even know that this was the same sandwich. I?m so upset and I can?teven call and complain ????. First time eating McAlister's and really enjoyed it. An employee recommended the McAlister club and it was delicious ???? as was... the broccoli cheese soup. Wish they had a location in my area. Would eat there often. Read more
Very limited menu due to supply shortage, but the staff was beyond friendly! The young ladies at the front counter werr super... sweet. The chef came out when an ingredient was unavailable and worked with me to make my order how I'd like it. They wereexcellent for working with what they had on hand. Great experience!! Read more
Reminded me of the old restaurants. Ordered and it was delivered to you. Soup was a little cool for the palette but the staff... quickly took care of the problem. Sandwich was delicious. Very clean and bright. A definite return in the near future. Read more
We've been here a few times, and I will say they are constantly good. They've never messed up our order. The wait usually isn't... too long, but there is a lunch and dinner surge. The tea is never sour either. The staff is typically friendly and really nice.The store is always clean, and the tables are always bussed. Can't really complain about this location! Read more
Sidney and Lulu are really wonderful! I came in with a friend around 8:30 at night and the place was so clean! The food was... insanely flavorful and perfectly made. They were so helpful in choosing the right food items on the menu. They were personable,friendly, professional and committed to the McAlister?s brand. I just ordered 2 king club sandwiches and they were fantastic!! Fresh and the right size, I say the "right size" because at... some McAllister's they skimp on the normal size. I'm not looking for more than what the sandwich is, just the right size andthese were perfect and they were delicious!! The lady that took my order was nice and so was the other lady that gave theorder. Extremely happy with this visit and fully recommend anyone around and any local. We're just passing by and staying at ahotel and we enjoyed it. Read more
