Friendly staff expensive place it is in a mall
The lady who did my son and daughters cake is amazing!!! I keep forgetting her name. But I think she?s the manager. She was so... fast and is so talented. I was very hesitant about getting cakes from there but she is amazing!!! I will keep going back forevery occasion I need a cake !!! If your thinking about getting one but nervous just do it !!! I love the cookies there and in my 14 years of buying cookies from there I had never had an issue til recently. First time order... a cookie cake and when I went to go pick up, I was told they had cancel my order and sold it separately by slice. I ask why theycancel MY order and they go and tell me someone else had came by and cancel my order. The workers didn't not clarify who thisperson was and they did not authorize it with me. THAT IS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER. ALLOW ANYONE TO COME BY AND CANCELINGSOMEONE'S ELSE ORDER WITHOUT ANY CLARIFICATION. Not only did they cancel my order, they gave me an attitude the moment I walkedup to them. To make things worse, they ask me with a snarling attitude if I want what was left and points at the cut up cookiecake which no longer can see the design on it. I told them no and walked off. As I walked off they yell across the mall with anattitude how it's not their fault the order got cancel. I look back at them and said real professional. You guys have a horribleservice. (When really it's just that lady alone couldn't handle a busy day and got overwhelmed and took it out on me.) Grudgingafter I walked off. Yelling unprofessionally across the mall. Allowing anyone to cancel someone's else order. The worseexperience ever in a food industries business. I really hope corporate will change something about this and make it right. Andsomeone needs to teach the old big lady how to serve customers respectfully not rudely, with immature acts and DEFINITELY SHOULDNEVER ACT UNPROFESSIONAL AT WORK. Read more

Guess my skin wasn't the right color to be served... I made eye contact with some girl with braids that was playing on her phone... completely ignoring me until a customer came up several minutes after me that was the same color as her. And then she keptdarting her eyes at me while she was taking the other customer's order. She knew what she did... Nobody deserves that kinda oftreatment. Especially over a cookie. If I ever buy from Great American Cookie again, it won't be from this store. Read more
