The staff was great . 1st time ever in Mississippi and the pancakes were fresh !!!! Unlike Connecticut ! I'm glad it was... suggested to go to . Updated on 10/26/21 Today the service was at a crawl as it was 3 days ago . Smiling and helpfulness arelacking . My coffee was getting cold as I continued waiting for the milk , that's when I noticed faint lipstick residue oncoffee mug . I finally got milk for my coffee abd asked for another cup . My breakfast came , I asked for syrup , no syrup yet .Asked another table for their syrup . Also , 3 days ago the milk came in a small glass and was charged for a small milk .Manager took it off and waitress had to make that comment "we have the creamers " also . Five stars doesn't mean it's a five-star restaurant, but for what it does and in comparison with its competition, my experience... was worthy of the rating. The coffee was hot, not bitter nor weak, and the food came quickly, and was well prepared. I had the55 plus breakfast sampler. At $6.99, this is a great value. , One pancake, one egg, one piece of bacon, one sausage link, onepiece of ham, and a serving of hash browns. The service was fast, friendly, and unobtrusive; giving us a chance to chat over ourmeal without unwanted interruption. Kudos IHOP! Read more

Wait time was good and our waitress was nice but our food experience sucked to high heavens ... they brought out tracys ham and... cheese omelets and Brees pancakes and then came back 5 mins later with her bacon and I waited 45 mins for my order and when Igot it there was no avocado on it and the bacon was so greasy I could not stand to hold it so I put a napkin around it but justcould not eat it ...and Tracy never did get side of bacon an hour later ... when we went to pay that's when he found out theyhad ran out of bacon ...THEY COULD HAVE COME AND TOLD US ...PLUS WE HAD TO USE PLASTIC FORK TO EAT WITH ...I MEAN REALLY COME ON...... This review is truly a tough one to make, with that thought out of the way let me start. IHOP has always been a go-to restaurant... for the ages and this one is really showing it's age. It is a tiny, cramp and not well designed for the staff. Now about thestaff....give them a round of applause because they really do deserve it. They have to be the shortest staff restaurant ever. 3service folks for approximately 40 tables and every table was full...the A/C was not cranking out the cooling need to keep upwith the crowd and the service folks were drenched in sweat ( sounds nasty but the were hustling to keep up with demand) cookswere moving at a speed that was well just short of stupendous. Cook tops and no A/C is just wrong. The manager and table guywere doing there best to clear and clean tables as fast as possible. Now the food....it was mediocre at best. Pancakes were flatand coffee was horrible, I hate giving that review of the food but it is what it was. I live down the street and will not begoing there anytime soon. Read more
So me and my friends went to ihop tonight, and when we came it is kinda packed. The nice waitress (Cecelia) came in and bought... us to our table. NO COMPLAINTS FOR HER AT ALL SHE DID HER JOB!! Now, the food, it was incorrect. My friend?s order was messedup. My hash browns were cold and the onions was just thrown on there and not cooked at all. Do not recommend. Even if it waspacked and low staffed, food should always ALWAYS be taken with care. Read more
First I want to start by saying I asked them to replace my hash brown with bacon and he brought me hasbrown and when I... complained all he did was take away the hash browns and didn?t replace it . Then I asked for chocolate chip pancake nd it waschocolate pancakes with chocolate chip then they didn?t give me my sauce with my omelet my mom ordered and the little things onthe side smelled spoiled . If I could give Noah our server 10 stars I would!!! He was very prompt, on top of things and had our food out in a quick second.... And he had the best attitude and I love his personality. My husband and I were in Biloxi for vacation and decided to eat atIHOP. Despite the reviews that were on here. The bad reviews are flat out wrong!!! We had the best experience with the staff andthe food was amazing and hot. We will definitely be coming back when we come back for vacation. Read more
