I asked for an apple fritter, a regular donut, and a chocolate glazed donut. I repeated that 5 times and she still had no idea... what I ordered. I asked for a caramel iced coffee. The lady 2 behind me got hers and left. When I asked for mine the other ladysaid I'm not making those she is, so I left without my coffee that I paid for because I was already late for work due to poorservice at this establishment. Well this place needs help... we stopped to grab coffee one morning, and we probably should of ran when we pulled up at the... drive thru and half the sign was gone but we were in need of coffee after a long night on the beach. We ordered, waited at thewindow for about 10 minutes, only to be told they were out of what we ordered ????, okay cool just give me something else. This is legitimately one of the worst ran Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I frequent this establishment because of convenience... (on my way to work), and I literally can't remember a single time I've gotten my order without being told to "pull around front"and waiting 15 minutes with almost no one in the drive-through or in the restaurant. They also frequently run out of key menuitems. This place is a hot mess. Read more
The bacon egg and cheese rap was very very small not worth $4 at all I do not recommend. I ordered the 6 assorted donuts and put... in certain donuts I wanted for pickup . I didn?t get one donuts I wanted . When I got there they had nothing made and wasn?tmaking any the employees where very lazy , passed me my rap and I had to tell them that I had donuts to . Instead of checking myorder he just threw the last of each donut they had into the box randomly and passed it to me . The donuts where soggy for somereason and you could definitely tell they had been left out . Didn?t get one donut I wanted . They where not good . Very poorstaff . Read more
Don't have a DD close to me and I miss them so much.. a nice hot cup of coffee (light and sweet) and some jelly donuts are my... favorite ????,,, also can't beat the toasted everything bagel breakfast sandwichs,, and the pup cups.. (my dogs look forward toevery time we go through any drive through now) thank you guys! Read more
I started to only give one star, but considering that they corrected my order when I turned around and went back, I think it... deserves at least a 3 star.. they got my drink perfect..my daughter's had to be redone because the sweetner and espresso was notadded at first.. they also tried to pass off some really old hash browns, which is a skimpy little 6 pieces for 99¢ .. thefresh hash browns were at least fresh.. however the taste was still bad and still a little skimpy 6 pieces..I will just stickwith the drinks which are good and decent prices when they are prepared properly. *******PHOTOS ENCLOSED****** Read more
Update: came back a week later to give another chance. I ordered 6 donuts and an iced hot chocolate with whip. I recieved a... small regular hot chocolate and the donuts i got were stale and decorated horribly (as pictured). This turned my 3 star reviewto a 1 star. I got a simple order. Oreo hot chocolate, 10pc holes and bagel with pumpkin cream cheese. The hot chocolatemachine was broken so she had to mix it by hand, and it didn't taste like Oreo. The holes were dry and stale, and I got avariety. She gave me extra because of the end of the night. The bagel was more of a roll than a bagel and it was regular creamcheese. I was the only person in here. The young girls were pretty unprofessional. Sadly I have $13 left on a gift card and noother DD around. Hard Rock is building one, hopefully that one performs. The staff was very friendly; I was promptly greeted as soon as I walked through the door by all 3 staff members despite there... being a rather constant flow of customers in the drive-thru and a few customers inside. My mobile order was accurately preparedand ready when I got there. Very efficient! Read more
