I really enjoy the experience of this place, just like any other restaurant they have their good days and their bad days. But... honestly, their build your own bloody Mary is the ABSOLUTE GREATEST. it can get pricey fast though so choose your ingredientswisely. My first time coming here and a standard was set by the employees! They were very friendly and informative (especially... Serenity... hopefully that is spelt correct!) She gave me the walk through of the menu and information about the restaurant. Thefood was amazing and presented beautifully! Not only were they professional but knew all their regulars and made them feel athome. I will definitely go back! The reason for the star decrease is it is not enjoyable to sit down and enjoy the meal. Thenoise volume is absolutely horrendous so much that I'm that's the reason for my order being messed up. This place is hopping! That alone should speak for the good food being served here. It was a Saturday early afternoon when we... stopped by this location. Yes, there was a wait. Our waitress was personable and informed us that it s always busy on theweekends. My order of breakfast did not disappoint, I walked away feeling full but not stuffed. The food came out to our tablein a timely manner. I was impressed! If you don't mind the wait, this is a place you should visit for brunch/lunch. Read more
I stopped by Brick and Spoon Saturday February 4, 2022 and they did not disappoint. Lately this has been our family go to spot... and they never disappoints. Usually there is a wait but it?s never too bad. They are quick about getting people seated. I loveeverything about this place, I enjoy the busy atmosphere, laughter of people dinning over their food most importantly the tasteof the food. For our appetizer we ordered the Banana Fosters French toast. I?ll tell you now it?s my favorite so I didn?t eventhink to take a picture, I immediately started eating. My entrée was the American breakfast instead of the Canadian bacon Iordered double bacon. My Fiancé ordered Shrimp & Tasso Mac-n-Cheese with a order of crab cakes. He was very pleased with hisorder. My ?Spotlight Person? goes to our server Maria. Maria always and I mean always accommodates us, especially with a greatattitude. She?s always patient even when I think I?m about to try something new she simply smiles and says ?I?ll just put inyour usual order?. I appreciate how hard she works. Brunch is one of my favorite meals & this restaurant did not disappoint! The ?Deviled on the Bayou? deviled eggs were packed... with tangy flavor. There was much more fried shrimp and creole mustard sauce than actual egg, but I loved them! The Gouda Macwas decent- didn?t taste much gouda cheese though. Excited to try more options here.
