Cant give a zero star rating, it's a bunch of kids running the joint, which would be fine if they were trained and had someone... there in charge but they don't, charged me wrong for my order and asked if they could make a fresh pretzel and I would just waitand i was told no, that they dont make pretzels to order and just to choose what they had sitting under the heat lamp, veryunprofessional and very ill-trained staff. Would give this location zero stars if I could! Obviously no one in management was there today. Order pepperoni nuggets and was... told it would take about 3-5 mins. After 10 I was given a plain pretzel. Then the girl lost my order-which is computerized. (Ididn?t get a receipt). She was not placing receipts so the boy behind her could make the orders correctly. Then she clocked out.Was told to come back. There were three more people that ordered and she messed their orders up as well. This was not a rushtime frame either. Was told by the guy behind the counter that I couldn't use a paper coupon... because I didn't have enough loyalty points on my app (which had JUST been downloaded). At the same time I made the purchase, Ireceived an email offer to get a free pretzel with a purchase of $1 or more...and was then told I couldn't use it! Read more
The kids behing the counter play too much in this place and they never have the Salted Pretzels ready. Come back in 7-9 minutes.... Really that's all you make is pretzels. That's how you lose business. Read more
