I came in with a friend on a very busy Sunday and I was so impressed by the team here! hardly any wait and all the food was... fantastic. they were running low on grits and brought me the first scoop from a fresh batch. the little details here areawesome. my friend had The Cobbler waffle with Blueberry compote with lemon butter and it was perfect. not too sweet and full offlavor. I had The Kentucky, and as a Kentuckian, I was truly impressed with their fried chicken. The biscuits are perfect. Iwill definitely recommend this spot to folks visiting town. Was amazing food. In Billings for a work trip and was so good I ate twice in the 2 days I was there. I had the sojourner and was... absolutely amazing, perfect blend of flavors and super fresh. Also had the southerner, awesome sausage gravy and biscuits, wasperfect. A must stop in Billings for breakfast or lunch. Read more
Stopped by June 2022. They have menu items that can be made vegan (marked on the menu). I ordered the Kitchen Sink made vegan,... it also comes with eggs so I asked for it to be scrambled without seasoning and my pups really enjoyed their treat. Hubbyordered The Carolina Cristo, he really liked the combination of flavors 10/10. Also pictured is the The Pa oatmeal. Food wasgreat, staff was friendly and the place was busy. This is a gem breakfast spot in billings The price is reasonable. I ordered The Kentucky ( Savory dish ) and The Sojourner (... Sweet dish ) Those two are MUST try! Also, the only complain, there is no LACTOSE free milk alternative options. Overall, thefood is absolutely amazing Fast and Friendly Service Manager seems unfriendly but that's okay she is busy. This place does not disappoint! One of the best meals and coffee I've had since we moved here. Not to mention, the staff is top... notch. Friendly and welcoming and despite being short staffed, kept smiles on their faces. Service was still quick but I wouldhave waited for this and not complained. I got the Cobbler which was waffle pressed biscuits with warm blueberries and lemonbutter and a side of house-made safe sausage. Flavor of everything was incredible. If your looking for great food and amazing coffee in Billing?s MT look no further. Greeted with a smile and a warm welcome to... their shop. Coffees were ordered and menus looked over. Chicken N Waffle is king so don?t leave without trying! Cooked toperfection the taste was more satisfying each bite. We also tried the Kentucky (sandwich) and the Kitchen Sink. I CAN'T find enough things to say about this place! The owner has a true EYE for how energy should flow in the space. The food... is better than good, it's GREAT! The artwork, ambience, lighting, and clocks set & STOPPED to prolific moments in the owner'spersonal life speaks to artistic expression in the "KEY of LIFE". This is my second time here,my first time it was my birthday and it makes me sad that I don't live closer. This place is... amazing. I like bringing new group of friends each time so they can taste the goodness of the sassy biscuit. I alway end upordering waffles no matter what just because they are just that great !!!
