I meant to give this review a week ago? There is a shift manager there named Kiara. One of the best customer service reps I?ve... ever had. She should be CEO and then some. Spectacular. I stopped into this place today for a quick lunch and the food was delicious as always! I frequently visit and this place is... definitely one of my favorites! Although the service is always great, I have been noticing some tension between the workers.This tension gave the whole place a slight negative feeling. I usually come in at an awkward time for lunch because of my joband eat solo so I over hear a lot of conversations between employees. I especially noticed that those who seemed to be in aposition of power being over controlling and corrective to staff members. Telling them to do tasks they were already doing ormaking passive aggressive comments like ?I could?ve done that but I guess it?s ok? when people ?lower down? do favors or otherstasks in their free time.
