Great bagels and cream cheese. Love it for the taste. But highly unorganized. Expect anywhere between a minute and 10 minute... wait to place an order. Infact, I've been here when bust and my order was taken soon and when not so busy, my order was taken 7or 8 minutes. The owner, who is a good guy, should have an order taker, and 2 workers on each line preparing orders. I'llstill go there but I'd be lying if I have not walked out on a few occasions. The bagels are amazing. I had a supreme breakfast sandwich on the cinnamon toast crunch began, delicious. Paired with a great... coffee. Really enjoyed the local business feel and seeing the staff so friendly and working so hard. Read more

Packaging was horrible. An everything bagel just thrown on top of a jalapeños bagel getting all the seasoning sprinkles onto... the other bagel. My coworkers is allergic to garlic and had a difficult time getting the seasonings off. No napkins and noknives. I asked for no butter, no jelly but was charged 99 cents for butter. Read more

These prices have gotten out of hand. I already pay 1.89 for 1 bagel without the cream cheese, so why does it cost 3.98 per... bagel for a worker to put cream cheese on it? The bagels are ok but these prices are not worth it. Read more

Maybe not the norm and today was a really off day at Great American Bagels but we were pretty disappointed. This was the amount... of cream cheese on mine and the other is my husband's $12 lox, tomato and onion bagel (which had no onions). Read more

First time I had tried this place. Super great people working the counter and very knowledgeable. I love GOOD tuna salad so... asked what it was like and the gal behind the counter said she makes it daily and told me what was in it. Best tuna salad otherthan my homemade recipe. Big menu. Had no idea all the things you could do with bagels. Read more

Simply the best! Italian trio on pepperoni and cheese bagel! A must visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful. So goooood!
