They were very busy.and they were also having a meeting with staff. It is 11:48pm this Tuesday evening of December 6, 2022. I just called the Taco Bell located on Main Street in the Billings, MT... heights area to speak with the manager about a delivery that I received, but had not ordered. The manager was laughing as hepicked up the phone. He was extremely rude and offered zero help. I explained the situation and got hung up on after asking forhis first name five times. His background laughter was obnoxious. Although, talking to an entitled thirteen year old wasincredibly comical to say the very least: perhaps the "puff, puff, pass" in the back had something to do with it.
