Decided to order on the app since we all wanted the online exclusive box. We chose to pickup the order in the inside. We... immediately clicked we're there and the app said our order has been started. We ended up sitting there 15 minutes waiting forthe order to actually be started. We had to ask at the counter about it and learned they hadn't even started it yet. I guess thedrive thru was getting bumped up ahead of us in the queue for a while. In total, it was 25 minutes before we recieved our order.To make this matter even worse the food sucked. My chalupa was hard and very dry. The hardshell taco I had also ordered was sosoggy the insides started to fall out as I started to lift it up. In all I wouldn't recommend eating at this Taco Bell. Read more
I walked into Taco Bell and gave them my item order and they never told me there was going to be a long wait. Ordered four meal deals today. The main entree's each included crunchy tacos. That was good. However, consistently in the last... two years, the spicy level has significantly increased. In Jan 2020, the crunch wrap was too spicy to finish, later in 2020tried the cheesy gordito crunch, replied no on the sauce. In 2021 I tried the chicken quesadilla, too spicy to finish. Gaveanother chance to the cheesy gordito crunch in 2022, and finally today could only get down half the chicken quesadilla withcopious amounts of water. The last two years have been a significant departure from previous years (2000-2016) when the menu wasmore flavorful, less heat. Consistently the menu has more heat and less flavor. Read more
