My husband and I went to get some sandwiches today and I ordered a BLT. We paid and then were told they didn\'t have the... ingredients for a BLT so I got the same sandwich as my husband. Not my favorite, but things happen. However, halfway througheating our sandwiches my husband pulled out a HAIR stuck in the cheese of his sandwich. No apology for the hair. But we weregiven a refund. Only my wife and myself in the store. They took our order (a milkshake and a sundae) and we paid.\nMy wife got hers in about 5... minutes. A few people came and went but I got nothing.\nFinally I asked and they looked confused like I hadn\'t ordered andpaid...or maybe I already ate it. This place is awesome. Months ago, when I was pregnant, I was dying for a milkshake. I showed up at a time when they were closed... (per posted hours, my mistake) and I was going to be sad, but coincidentally the owners were arriving to do some work just as Iwas ineffectually trying to open the locked front door. Went here after shopping most of the day in Billings, with my 14 year old son. We each got the ultimate shake, him the ultimate... Montana shake and me the Ultimate Smores. They were amazing! It was busy but we only waited about 5 minutes. They have seatinginside and out, which was nice. I highly recommend taking kids of all ages here, they will not be disappointed.
