This is the most expensive sanwich ive ever had to deal with ....They seem to like to make their own sanwich for you instead of... what you want and unfortunately a friend of mine had fallen victim to their random sandwich making .she's very allergic toolives and here we are debating if she can afford going to the hospital tonight . My husband and I stopped in tonight 3/17/21 @ 8pm and holy cow the employees were rude no hi nothing, just glares! The young... girl promptly rolled her eyes came over and said what do you want! I tell her my Order and moved down so the young man couldfinish making my sandwich idk if they dot like each other or what , but the tension was so thick it was uncomfortable! Not the employees fault, the owner/managers fault. There was no one on shift that could have been over 18yrs old. There was no... leadership whatsoever. As the menu has completely changed, management has failed to train the crew to navigate customers throughthe new menu system. Most of the veggies looked less than fresh to say the least. The lettuce was brown and slimy, when werequested fresh lettuce we were told no. We declined the spinach and tomatoes due to the lack of freshness, leaving us with adry meat and cheese sandwich for $10. They sent no napkins, no thank you, this young crew needs serious management guidance. Read more
