Terrible customer service! They had one person working today, and there was a short line of customers in front of me. I waited... about 10 minutes for the 3 customers in front of me to get their orders filled, it seemed to take forever with only the oneemployee doing everything. The worker told me she would get to me next. Then a WalMart employee cut in front of me and ordereda frozen drink, and the worker served her! I had had it at that point and walked out. Read more
They do vegetarian sandwiches.... However I have not been to Subway in over a year or two.
I Went in at 7:30pm to buy one sandwhich. The guy in front of me apparrently needed 5 and only one employee behind the counter.... Safety aside (no one to dial 911) this is extremely piss poor customer service. You have a store on the busiest side of town inliterally the busiest spot of that side of town and you want to make one person close the store and spend all of his time priarto that making 6 sandwhiches for 2 people? Why? Are you hoping for the worst and planning for the best? What is wrong with you!? Read more
