I order ahead frequently. I recently traveled cross country and ordered from this Starbucks, with pick-up in drive thru. The... line was long, and when I pulled to the window, my order was located at the in store P/U. I specifically asked if my two itemsof food and coffee were still warm and was assured it was. I tested my coffee right then, and it was cool. My Frappuccino wasmelted and food cold. I was informed the could not take it back to reward but the items could be remade, but as they were busy,it might be up to 20 minutes. I found this unacceptable. Great coffee and great service of course. I wanted a coffee with pumpkin flavoring and no dairy so was recommended cold brew... coffee with pumpkin and apple syrup. Tasty afternoon drink and cured my pumpkin flavor craving. Sat on tables outside to soak upthe sun but tables were dirty. Read more
When we arrived at 8:30 the lobby was closed. We had an RV and couldn't fit through the drive thru. When we walked up to order... in the drive through and explained our situation the guy taking orders said "I don't know what to tell you or how to helpyou". Not professional nor helpful. Hopefully starbucks can open the lobby for bigger trucks to come through and hier morehelpful employees. Read more
This location has a TERRIBLE parking and drive thru setup. Every morning people are lined up out into Lake Elmo Dr. blocking... traffic. They're also frequently out of the weirdest (and often most important) ingredients. Read more

I order two drinks from this horrible store and the lid was not placed properly on the cup which caused the cup to fold when I... picked it up. The drink spilled on my lap, wrist, and hand, burning me. Quite frankly, I almost feel like the lid was not placedon the cup intentionally. Read more
I love coffee and they sell my favourite nitro cold brew. The staff is friendly and they got my order very fast. There is enough... room inside or outside under the umbrella. My favourite coffee shop. Read more
The girls who work in the morning are always fast, professional and always have a smile on their faces. I?m sure hey work well... as a team because of the leadership and their work ethic. No matter how long the line is, I?m in and out of there in less than 5minutes. Keep it up. Read more
