When dinner was this good, I am excited to try their breakfast. A chic looking diner that easy transformed to a casual pub with... the lighting choice. Ordered towards their high end, asking for medium rare to stay on the safe side. Wonderful job on thethinner flank steak with a lovely pureed chimichurri sauce to complement it. The asparagus were probably the best I've evereaten. Flavorful and perfectly crisp with no stringiness in the ends. Colorful fingerlings with the added arugula was gorgeousand delicious. Nick killed it as a server. Wonderful drink recommendations and great service. Took it in strides when latediners came in close to closing. I never give five star reviews because there is always something to improve! Sophie's definitely deserves a five star. Great... environment andthe best Sausage Gravy I have ever had. The way that the Corned Beef Hash was prepared was great. You shoulddefinitely try a Breakfast at Sophie's. The Coffee is a bit bitter but can be fixed with Cream. Read more
I have gone to Billings for years for a family reunion. My brother who lives in Billings had wanted to try Sophie?s Kitchen for... awhile but could never get in because it?s such a popular place line was out the door. His dream came true when we were able totry this Gem. Food is amazing, fresh and prepared well. Nice n Clean with a modern 50s vibe. Awesome customer services,Everyone was friendly and personable and was thankful you were there. We soon found out why this Best Breakfast Place inBillings had a line out door. Don?t Forget Your Sophie Bucks when you pay with cash. Fabulous!! Coffee cake, pancakes andFrench toast changes daily. Sophie bowl so good packed full of goodies.
