R & T Services installed a new gas fireplace in our home. They were professional, clean, friendly and efficient. There needed to... be some adjustments done after installation and they were quick to return and adjust the fireplace. R & T Services recently installed a new furnace and heat pump in my home. They installed the "Carrier" brand which has a very... good reputation but are said to be expensive. I believe R & T gave me a great deal on very high quality equipment. The wholeprocess was professional and I was never left in the dark on the status of my installation. Communication was great! Theinstallation went smoothly and the installation team was very polite, pleasant, and most importantly knowledgeable and my systemwas installed with a level of expertise that I'm very pleased with. Drop clothes were laid down as the first step and theinstallers were very conscientious to keep my home looking just as clean when they were done as it was before they started. With the new furnace it actually looked cleaner and the furnace room has never looked better! I would, and actually have,recommended R & T Services to my friends and neighbors. My experience leads me to believe that they will provide exceptionalquality, expertise, and the greatest value for the money that customers could hope for.
