Joyce was so kind and very helpful. When i was there I put her to work, she kindly ran around double checking to see if they... had what I was asking. Very good employee. If possible, keep her around! Food takes a little longer here, even through drovethrough. But your waiting for the far better quality. Still 5 star because of that. Waited in drive thru line for 45 minutes. When we pulled up there were approximately 5 cars ahead of us, so did not expect such... an incredibly long wait. And, once a few cars were behind us we could not escape the line without waiting. Made us very late forwork. They were also out of several items on the menu. The staff did apologize, saying they were slammed that day, but it wasafter lunch hour (1 p.m.) and that doesn't make up for making us so late. A decent sized discount on our lunch, or something onthat order, would have at least softened the sting. For the price and time we spent, we could have eaten inside at a sit-downrestaurant. Read more

We ordered two soups. One regular and one in a bread bowl. Order shows up through Door Dash and no bread bowl and wrong soup.... We call back and they do credit our account which was nice. Second order comes. Soup was correct but still no bread bowl,just a couple bread sticks. And to top it off, the Door Dash guy doesn't even bother to get out of his car. My fiancé and I do weekly breakfast dates here and are always so kindly treated and it?s probably the best panera we?ve been... to. We?re from the east coast and have lived in multiple states and I have yet to have an experience like this at any otherstore. They donate breads and pastries to the local food banks daily and the gentleman whom is either the owner or manager isthere every morning and the employees seem to really like him. Having a boss that cares is big in this day and age and we willcontinue to come to this Panera as long as we continue to live here in Billings. We see some of the reviews on here and since wecome weekly we know stuff happens and the bad should never be the only thing shared. This Panera is great!! Read more
I go to Panera bread all over the country , wonderful place to eat and have meetings. This is by far the worst one I have ever... been to. Out of everything we first tried to order. When we sat down there was a mess everywhere . The person that took theorder was nice . But I just can?t with this billings Panera. When ordering I ask for the new sandwich which was currently on TV. The girl had no clue, but said maybe the classic so I... ordered the classic.
