I had the worst experience at this location this week. The drive thru speaker was not working, i waited long enough, when I... drove up to window, the lady was as rude as she could be telling me to drive back around. I told her the equipment was notfunctioning and asked if she could take my order... I was told to have a nice day. Plenty of other place close by. Read more
Horrible service. The lady with the Buddy Holly glasses and tie-dyed shirt literally huffed when I came back with my order and... DARED to ask for my fries to actually fill the fry carton completely! Then when she brings them back she tells me they'resupposed to "weigh six ounces, that's why we fluff, not stuff". Lol, the customer doesn't care about the store's costs, we careabout OURS!!! And if I pay $14 for my food, I ABSOLUTELY reserve the right to make sure my fries are adequately filled!!! Butshe needn't worry about me anymore, as I won't be returning to that location. This is why people with social anxiety issues likemyself hate going anywhere new. And my order took way longer to receive than it should have in an almost empty dining area.Hopefully the Burger King next door has better customer service!!! Read more
Usually don't eat here, but it was the only breakfast place I could find. Store and bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly.... Food was hot and fresh. Great soda fountain. Egg McDuffin still holds up. Read more
The poor new guy was as scared as he could be.... Poor guy... I feel for him, I was young once... But the person / person's... responsible for him (his training) should have had his back.... They did not obviously, as our somewhat large order was missingmy large French fries as well as a child's chocolate milk... Distressing my thirsty grandchild. Other than this... Love McDonald?s but this place can definitely screw up the easiest order. I did have McDonald?s yesterday on the way home and... ordered #3 large with a sweet tea came just like I ordered. Now I ordered same thing at this place and it was wrong not all justpart the fries weren?t large. I have been coming to this place for quite some time and I?ve had to go back to get my order righta few times. Can?t be that hard to do this job but they find a way to do it. Only one associate was extremely friendly Kathy was awesome managers and rest of the crew were unfriendly. To busy with whatever... they were doing service really slow ordered for done in was given food to go. Watched as everyone kept calling Kathy to run foodto customers in the drive thru that was really slow she was run out at least fifteen times before my food was even called out. Read more
I ordered 4 hot coco. Over 14 bucks and still had to wait 5 min to get them. Didn't even taste good. For McDonald's pretty sad.... Going else where next time. Read more
