It seems to be going downhill, probably due to lack of staffing as everywhere. It used to be very timely. However the last few... times several people were waiting, the hot and ready box was empty and it appeared the people waiting weren't being informed viaemail or app their order was done. Ours didn't until around an hour after we got back home. While waiting, Our order wasn'tcomplete until around 20 minutes after it was supposed to be and we had to ask the only front clerk for it. Shloppy pizza! As long as you get a fresh one is delicious.. Make sure you have them open the box to make sure it's fresh, if... they do not open the box i wouldn't be buying them, a non fresh pizza is definitely a 1 star.
