I purchased donuts from Forsyth High School Fundraiser and they were delivered on 10/10/2022 ($16.00). I was so disappointed,... they were stale and NOT editable!! They must have been made 4/5 days in advance! One bite and I had to throw the rest of themaway!! I stop at Krispy Kreme when in Billings, but will not purchase from them again!!! Read more
This Krispy Kreme needs new management. The hot light is extremely deceiving. 1 out of 20 times, the doughnuts are how they are... supposed to be. They are expensive for being plain glazed doughnuts, they should be done right for the price. Last time we gotsome, they tasted like they were from the day before. Super disappointed. Read more
I am rating the 2520 Central Ave, Billings Montana Krispy Kreme donut location a 1 star out of 5 stars. On August 26th, I... ordered an Autumn Lovers Dozen, which with the Create your Box selection, which consisted of 6 Maple Pecen Cheesecake donutsand 6 Salted Carmel Brownie donuts. After arriving home and opening the box, we noticed that we got 3 Pecen Cheesecake, 3 CarmelBrownie, 3 Glazed and 3 Spiced Apple. On top of that, we paid the premium price for the donuts that I just mentioned. I calledyour store and I spoke with a manager and they told me that we would be placed on the Wish list and we could create our box whenwe arrived in the drive through, to make up for the mistake. After 3 attempts in trying to get the correct amount of saiddonuts, we were told that you were out of one type, you only had 2 or 3 of one type and none of the other, and so on. This isnot "making it right." The most recent experience is as follows: I called and I was told that you had 3 dozen Pecan Cheesecakedonuts and I could stop by and pick them up. After arriving at the store, we noticed that was the lobby closed and we wouldn'tbe able to get our donuts because there were at least 7 cars in the drive thru, and the likelihood of our donuts being purchasedby one of the people ahead of us. If you want to make this right, fill a box with the requested donuts, have an employee driveout to my home, and personally deliver them to me. What I don't understand is that if you have a promotional item that everyoneenjoys and you know that you will need numerous amounts of said donuts per day, keep them in stock by making those donutsthroughout the day! Staff is always pleasant and the food is fresh. The lines wrapped around the building on a daily basis should be your clue that... this place is great. Read more

It's hit and miss. Sometimes they have some donuts sometimes not. Last time I tried to build a box certain donuts could not be... put in...probably should say that on the board since it's advertised you can. Idk nothing stellar miss my fresh IGA doughnuts.Fir the price you'd get a better doughnut from alberstsons or the gas station. Read more
