Never had an order get delivered properly, either they are 45 minutes late or I'm missing part of my order. Can't express how... disappointed and frustrated I am dealing with service like this. Food was great! They got the order correct even with all of our customizations. We learned that there is an option to not have... the bread scooped out. My daughter wants in on the bread they do scoop out! I ordered online and waited about 20 minutes forconfirmation that it was complete. I decided to just go there and it was ready waiting for me. Even after picking up, the appdid not indicate that my order had been completed. Not a big deal, but it is a useful tool that would be a great help if theyused it. Thanks for the great lunch! My first time ever at jimmy johns was today. The sandwich was great! And the customer service was the Best I've ever had! Aaron... isn't paid enough for the 11/10 service he provides. He was patient, kind, funny, and gave service with a smile from start tofinish. Well done jimmy John's. I'll definitely be stopping by again my next time in town! Also, I did enjoy the free smells.
