Google said they close at 8. They had a sign on door saying they close at 7. Walk in at 620 behind another family. Girl behind... counter screams from across the restaurant, " I guess people dont realise we close early" it was her tone. It was all wrongthere was hate in her voice...the Dennys chocolate banana pancakes I had that night were delicious and the waitress there wasgreat. I will never go to IHOP over a Dennys again. We love Debbie! Fast, quality, and personal service. We're not rushed in or out. Barely any wait time and the food is always... delicious. Thanks Billings IHOP, somehow this breakfast place made it into my weekly routine. Read more
There was a technical glitch when I tried to order online and I did not react well initially. Jeanie was/is a real gem who... cares about her customers and she resolved my issue with class. We ordered 3 pancake/French toast breakfasts and they were bad. When we talked to our server about it, she went to her manager,... who's solution was to send her back with new syrup, giving us the line that her manager said it's just the taste differencebetween maple syrup and butter nut. When we went up to pay, our server cashed us out and we told her our problem had been withthe spoiled butter, not the syrup so she got the manager, who was clearly annoyed with us, and very rudely said he'd go throwthe butter out. The experience cost $60 bucks. Like so many others, we're NEVER going back. It's this level of service (orincompetence, call it what you will), that has Ihops going out of business across the country. Read more
We took our younger kids here. They liked it. I tried the blueberry lemon protein pancakes and they were good. Our waitress... Trish was Awesome! She made a 3.5 star experience a 5 star. Read more

The Omelette's were amazing !! The pancakes were doughy, thin and under cooked in the center, other than that they were tasty !!
Went in to have a nice meal got charged $60 for our meal and our receipt said 39.00. The manager said he returned it but... couldn?t provide proof of a return receipt. I?ve never had such a horrendous experience. our server was fantastic but the factthat no one could give me a receipt for the return is frustrating I will never go back to this place.
