Took 10 minutes for anyone to get to the speaker to take our order. When they did, people could be heard laughing in the... background. Parked us for our food for well over 15 minutes. Yet, our food was still delivered to us cold?? We were the onlyones in the drive thru. The food was good otherwise. They didn?t give us the wrong food for once. This was my first visit in 6months as I decided to start using other locations because this one is always out of everything, takes forever, 9/10 the food iswrong or missing, and they don?t change their fry oil often enough so anything fried tastes like dirty fish, and thegrill/broiler tastes like burnt bits. Ordered breakfast this morning through DoorDash. I received some half full French fries instead of hash browns. Knowing they... don?t serve French fries at 9:30am, I was more disgusted to know they were old ones from last night. Tried contacting the storeand they won?t answer. Contacted DoorDash and reordered my meal. Again I didn?t receive hash browns which was the only thing Ireordered. They gave me someone else?s sandwich instead. Tried calling and again no answer. Myself and 5 others stood in line in the lobby for 20 minutes while nobody took a single order from us but drive thru orders... were being taken and handed out. I get that drive times are ?important? but we?re customers just like the ones in the drivethrough and to see orders going out that were taken from the drive thru while we?ve been standing there waiting is ridiculous.Drive times are a joke and make your customer service worse because they care more about beating the other stores than they careabout customer satisfaction. Girl at drive thru window had HORRIBLE customer service skills and forgot a drink. Then acted like it was my fault that she... can't do her job correctly! Wow...if you don't like your job, QUIT! Don't take it out on the customer! Just another reason IDON'T eat fast food!! Read more
Watched a very nice young man named Jesse pay for a homeless woman's meal. Very kind and polite, we need more kind men like him.
