I was so glad that this place made my expectations. I haven’t been to BWW since college in 2011. The bad reputation they get... since then is gone in my opinion. The managers at this establishment are absolutely rude. The general Manger is rude, unapproachable and I've witnessed her... talking down to staff. Once I asked the waitress who she was and mentioned this, she told me she treats everyone that way that'swhy after 9 years, she's looking for employment. We got here at 4:37.... there wasnt a lot of people maybe 10 at bar and 5 tables already served. We waited over 30 min for drink... order... another 20 for the drinks... our appetizers came at 5:47we ordered at finally at 5:15. Its 6:11 and we finally gotfood. Was it worth the wait? I dont know. No beer. I asked for 3 different draft beers on the menu. The server said BWW was out of ALL draft beer. So I asked for iced... tea; she came back and said they were out of iced tea. The food was finally delivered after a 30 minute wait. My wife's orderwas completely wrong. Then we had to ask for napkins which are a must for wings. Beer is also a must. I won't be coming back. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Billings, MT on 07/23/22 and the service was excellent. The waitress gave us Dr Pepper to drink... when we ordered Pepsi. It really wasnt a big deal to us but she returned immediately with our Pepsi. She was a very goodwaitress. Never had to ask for a refill, it was brought to our table as soon as our glass was empty. This was my first time to this Bdubs even though I have been to plenty of other ones so I knew what to expect. The staff was... really nice and we were sat immediately. The service was great and our drinks stayed filled. The food was good but about thesame as all the other ones I have been to. Overall I would come back and eat here again. Read more

Our bartender was amazing! Great drinks and prices, my only complaint is the boneless wings are 99% breading.
