Horrible experience. Waited 2 hours for food. Called 3/4 times. Was told my food was 15 minutes away. 30 more minutes pasted... still no food. I called and asked to speak to a manager and I was told he was on the phone and would call us back. Explained ifI did not receive the food in 5 minutes I would expect a refund which was agreed to. I waited another fifteen minutes and stillno one came. The manager never called back. The driver finally shows up and calls said manager and he says take the food andwe?ll refund. Are you kidding me? We waited 2 hours, were lied to 3 times. So all this and still no food. Thank you forconfirming I will never order from you again. I will make sure to tell all others to stay away as well. Good customer servicecan go along way but clearly you don?t have any at all. Don?t bother telling someone 2 minutes when they still haven?t show up45 minutes later. Read more
Liberty Bell is by far the best sandwich shop for miles in any direction. And who ever is manning their fryer is on point.... Straight slaying it. I've put quite a dent in their humongous menu, and every thing I've ever ordered has been good toexcellent. But the fries man. Perfect every single time. This is high praise in my book. The Liberty Bell has the best sandwiches in Billerica. I said it and I'm proud to have said it. Trying the Liberty Bell was long... overdue for me and I am upset that I missed out on so many great sandwiches that could have been while I was getting sandwichesfrom other places that weren't necessarily bad, but generic. In this sense, Liberty Bell stands out amongst the multitude ofpizza places and sub shops we have in the area. It's a tier higher in ingredients and the "design" of the sandwiches and wraps,how they are built, is fantastic. That may sound weird, which I'm fine with, but it matters. The people here know how to make awrap and I thank them for bringing sense to the architectural integrity of the food between bread. Thank you Liberty Bell forthe best sandwiches in town! Read more
This spot has the best Big Beef sand which I've had in a long while. Coming in at an affordable 7.50, I got a can of coke and... had a delicious meal for $10. Next time I'm in here I'll try the Rueben, which comes with fries for just $10. This is a greatspot with all sorts of delicious feel good food on the menu. If you get the big beef go with extra sauce, onions and cheese togive yourself a really great treat. Highly recommend this locals favorite spot if you're passing through Billerica. Read more
Absolutely delicious roast beef. Other food here is good also but the beef is the best.
