I NEVER write bad reviews. If it isn't great, I let it go but I can't stand this location. I avoided it for over a year... because there isn't an order they don't screw up. I always order from the app, so what I want is there - written out. Out of100 orders, 100 are wrong. Once I waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told their cash register didn't work. I paid overthe app and wouldn't need the register but still didn't get my food. Or an explanation. I went there by accident today withanother app order and AGAIN they screwed it up. I tried calling them but their machine just says they are busy and try againlater. The food is bad, the orders are wrong, the workers are awful. HOW is this place in business? Read more
They are very slow there ordered inside and no one started making my coffee so I spoke up and the manager was very rude telling... me it's the new machine so she went to take my order told her already did she said ohh then finished my coffee and gave a remarkand sid only 4 mins Read more
Found some nasty stuff in my coffee see pic below, not sure what it is has the texture of old beef jerky, but on drive through... window it says ?copy of health inspection upon request ? knew i should have went somewhere else! Read more
Drive thru is supposed to be quick right? Drive right thru and not wait 30 mins? Just close this place. The employees are... incompetent and its probably just due to poor training or lack of management. Cars are out on the street, very narrow drive thruwith no room. If dunkin knew how horrific this place was they would have done something about it. What they need to do is shutthis location down open a newer one thats bigger and just purge everyone. In every aspect, this Dunkin fails consistently. They're very slow - I have sat in the line trapped watching no one move for... 30-40 minutes before - they are not kind to you and mumble back an "anything else" with no niceties whatsoever - and my order iswrong more times than it isn't. Don't order hashbrowns - you won't get them. I don't blame the employees at all - this has to bethe result of poor management. I will put up with a lot as long as employees are kind... Trouble is, they're not, despite usnever having been anything but kind to them. Read more
Drive thru is a little slow and they also messed our order once. But they later resolved it. I got the iced caramel machiatto... with oat milk and boston cream donut. Read more
Worst dunks around. The drive thru is a joke and takes forever. They consistently get orders wrong. I typically get iced... lattes and theirs tastes horrible. I?ve had to dump many out from this location. I live so close so have always gone due toconvenience but I?ll never go back here again. Horrible customer service. Do not go to this dunkin. If you value your health and safety do not eat the food here. Eggs were green and moldy. Served bacon... wake up wrap instead of egg and cheese. Refresher was served separated with plastic in the drink. Save your time, money, andfrustration. Do NOT go to thos dunkin donuts. Read more
