We visited on a Wednesday around 4pm. It was not busy at all. The staff was very kind and attentive. You could almost miss this... little place driving by. When you first walk in there is a large sign to wait to be seated. This was our second time visitingthis establishment (I forgot to take a picture the first time we visited). However, The first time we visited it was during thedinner rush- they were extremely short staffed but the service did not lack at all. I was very impressed with their speed and polite service even though they were under enormous pressure with all their tables full. The food is full of flavor and quicklyprepared. This Spot has wonderful food! Loved the BBq brisket cheesesteak and pulled pork with fried onions. Great local beer and food.... Service was good but there were lots of signs telling customers what not to do in the establishment. Lots of rules/signs tofollow. Will be back for the Tasty food! At the time of my visit the food was fantastic. They do a great job of putting the do this and can't do this in the menu it made... ordering easy for us and easy on the chefs. They're very blunt and it was different but actually useful. Give them a try theyhave good prices for what you get. And it's tasty. Read more

Let me start be saying our waitress was wonderful. She was kind, friendly, she explained menu options and she was attentive. The... food was good, as well, with generous portions. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the person that greeted us, and seatedus (who also greeted and seated anyone that came in after us). She was rushed and rude. She yelled at my son to close the doorwhen he was holding it open for my elderly mother. She rushed us to our table and then rolled her eyes when we did not follow asquickly as she had rushed over. When we asked for a new glass of water, because there was a dead bug floating in it, she huffed,sighed, and rolled her eyes. She was sharp in her tone of voice with us, and harsh in the language she used (she never used foullanguage, but I got the idea that she would have liked to) when my mother asked where the bathroom was. I'm from out of town,and have wanted to go to this restaurant for a long time. We made a special trip and this was one of our highlight destinations.And sadly, I will not go back again. What I had thought would be an amazing experience turned out to not be. If you decide todine here, do it for the food. It was very good. Read more
