This is the absolute worse Whataburger I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. On a road trip headed home 11/26 we... purposely looked for a Whataburger to eat at. We found this one on Google Maps. We ordered online 15 minutes before we got thereand still waited another 25 before we got our food. It was excuse after excuse. Once we finally got the food, we were missing ashake and a tea. Then we had to wait for the tea to brew. I told one of the 9 workers to swap the tea for a sprite. I was metwith disgust and told it "would only be 2 more minutes" and was denied swapping out my drink. Took the food outside to the car(because I had to go in to get it) and was missing the chicken from the chicken basket. No straws, no napkins, no nothing. Saweither 2 team leaders or 2 managers. They were no help. Watched one walk out to her car and go back in. Not a word was said. Sawthe other step out if the office, look around and went back in the office. There were 8 cars in the drive thru. It wasn'tmoving. 4 people eating at tables inside. How do you get so far behind in making burgers when you have that many people workingat 2 in the afternoon. This place is absolute trash. I absolutely love how their drive thru is set up so you can't escape after taking forever to get... people their orders even during non-rushhour times. When you finally get to the window you get to discover they messed up yourmeal after repeatedly tell them over the intercom what your order was...I love whataburger when coming to Texas but this one hasbeen the only one that has continually let me down. Staff was polite though highly unorganized contributing to the 25min for our food which turns out was sitting on the counter for... the majority of that time with us standing not 20ft away from the counter just waiting. Floors and one corner table wereunkempt, area otherwise clean and tables wiped down. Wait time not exaggerated: ordered at 2248, food at 2213. Read more
Super Great. Great Hot Fresh Food. Onion rings that just melt into your mouth. Consistently Great Friendly service!! Two thumbs... up. I went to this establishment this morning and got two meals with strawberry shakes. They got my food but not the shakes. As I... waited I was asked to move to the front to wait for the shakes. After 15+ minutes I go inside and they did not even start theshakes. So when I finally got my shakes my food was ice cold. They could have waited to make the food and get the entire orderto me at the same time. I would have waited for it and been good. time is only an issue with the absence of value. Read more
Horrible experience from a whataburger. First off no salad. I thought ok no problem. Then they can?t get the order right. 2... Patties, 3 bacon and cheese. I had to go ask for my cheese and I guess the person in the back can?t count the bacon. When Iasked for cheese the lady bluntly said it?s not here job. I order 3 number ones to go. It took 35 minutes at least to get my order. I asked one of the employees, what's going on with my... number and he said I'm sorry but we're really busy and I pointed the people that were behind me three of them. They decided todine in and from what I could see they had three burgers and three fries, so I'm not understanding why mine took so long andwhen I get home to discover my fries are overcooked and hard my burgers are all cold and I'm like $28 for this ???? really. Alsoat the time of me being there I hear the manager get off the phone with 105, if not mistaken, chicken strip dinners. Now this isafter I make my order but I see they're focused on that order instead of what is at hand and before that order. I heard at least15 different orders being called before my order came up.
