Quit coming here almost a year ago because of incorrect prices on menu (lower than what they were actually charging), slow... service, rude service, and wrong orders. I saw the Bacon Pretzel Pub sandwiches were back,so decided to give them another try:they still suck. Ordered 2 grilled sandwiches, got 2 fried chicken sandwiches, they couldn't replace them because they were outof the buns, offered nothing ,except sorry, to rectify their mistake. Read more

There was a miscommunication about paying at the first window or second. I check my account to make sure I didn?t get charged... twice because I?m on a budget, which apparently was reason enough for the employee at the drive through to start pitchingattitude. Great Staff and Great Service. If I don?t notice anything wrong or that anything gets in the way of an order, I usually rate 5... anyway, but I just wanna give a shout-out to the woman that served me, as she was doing so with a smile, even though she had onearm in a cast. I know how harsh the customer service industry can be, so my utmost respect for her going out of her way to befriendly and helpful, even with her injury! Read more
I usually go once a week and rarely had problems. The last time I went the didn't mess up my order but did mix it all up. I... asked for a strawberry frosty and then pulled through and got the frosty. I opened it and it was chocolate and I never got myspoon or straw. I went back through and the guy handing the food out said that they were out of strawberry. If I would've knownthey were out of strawberry I wouldn't have ordered a frosty. Read more

Start off by saying walking in and had a guy ahead of me getting a refund for something then took forever on getting my meal... just to find out the burgers weren't even being sold as the normal burgers then found the meat not all the way done .
