Went this morning before heading to work an I got the Venti cookie crumble Frappuccino an they did not tell me they was out of... the crumble until they had it made an was handing it to me. I was already headed to work an took a drink let me tell ya it washorrible I pulled over on the side of the rode an purred it out. Called an the kid that answered told me to come in when I couldan tell them he said to make me another what a joke know that won't happen. Read more
Totally unsatisfied! Took over a half hour in the drive thru, ordered online, ahead of time! Got the first coffee wrong, sent it... back in. Left for the gas station- found out one of the sandwiches was totally wrong along with the other coffee ordered, wentback inside, the place was a mess! Food all over the counters, sticky coffee mess on the counters, there?s about 7-8 workers inthere! Not understanding what the problem is in here! It was 2:30pm - I cannot imagine what the morning rush is like. Y?all needto shut this place down, get it cleaned and hire a whole new staff! DISGUSTED! Very unhappy customers! Read more
They strugle so much at this starbucks to get drinks out. They definitely need to be staffed better. There could be no one... inside in line but if you go inside and order it will take no less than 25 minutes for your drink to be ready. Its prettyridiculous everytime I come. Horrible store! They used Covid as a reason to close their bathrooms and dining room way beyond necessary. But the store was... always filthy so it?s not surprising they would find any excuse to add to their laziness. But they have the time to yell at youif you lean against one of their tables.. ????. They NEVER know what food items they have in stock and they?re beyond rude. Tohave such horrible coffee you can?t pair it with a terrible attitude and dirty store too. It?s well worth it to drive on pastthis awful store and find a better coffee shop in Midland or Sweetwater if you?re headed East. Read more
This Starbucks is very busy in the morning because of the location that they are in, but they do a great job going through each... customer nicely and efficiently! I love to get my Matcha Green Tea here. Stephenie was very nice and answered all my questionseven though I know she was busy. Read more
This town needs another coffee spot because this starbucks is terrible. They have about 9 employees and the wait is still 25... minutes for DRINKS. Gabby is very rude and has no customer service at all. Definitely will skip the coffee stop if this is myonly option.. this place needs to get it together and do better especially with their customer service. Best tasting water in Big Spring, TX - the double filtration system brings out an exquisite taste and sparkle. Oh.. and it?s... free ????! The baristas also seem to enjoy the fast-paced work environment, yet will take their time to make you feelwelcomed. A true oasis! -Harvey Read more
Drinks are great employees are nice. Mornings are slow, they could use more help. Definitely pays to order ahead on the app.
