This Pilot has become as bad as the worthless Pilot down in Laredo. I frequently have issues with the diesel pumps and I really... would like it if my company removed this location from its list of authorized fueling locations. The only good thing about thislocation is a couple of employees, but otherwise, I will no longer spend my employer's money here. I have made my feelings about this location's crew very well known on property. They really are so very kind and amazing here. I... weigh 2-5 times a day, and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Today another driver became grossly abusive and way outof line with me. Aaron came out immediately to diffuse the situation, thank goodness. Once I was inside, I was obviously upset.When I was done taking care of business, Mimi came around the counter to give me a big hug. The manager really needs to step it up with the Mens bathroom.. Was super nasty @5:30 am 7-13-19. All the seats had piss on them... and the floors looked ugly like they forgot how to take care of the place.. Read more
Nice showers the only problem is the water is just warm. They have like 7 showers. They have really good icees here. And the... store is clean. The staff is friendly. McDonald's is here also. Read more
The people representing this pilot are awesome! It was an absolute amazing experience. Pilot y?all did good with these folks... y?all should give them at least a $20,000 dollar a year raise each!
